These diesel electric locomotives Gmf 28701 – 28704 of the Rhätian Railway are ordered in 2009 and are in service since 2014. These locos can be used on all RhB lines. They are capable of driving through a radius of 45 meter and a slope of 70 promille. Schalke Eisenhütte developped and build these locomotives. Short after their sevice began the got new numbers: 234 01 – 234 04.
